Job summary

Genpact seeks a Manager for Strategic Sourcing in a procurement leadership role. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, negotiate contracts, manage RFP/RFX/RFQ processes, and ensure alignment with client procurement policies and savings targets.

Work with category managers and operations teams to deliver strategic procurement benefits, maintain client relationships, and advance continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field and professional experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience managing RFP/RFX/RFQ processes and ERP/procurement tool-based sourcing.
• Understanding of eAuction and S2P/P2P processes; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals and/or negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk.
• Manage RFP/RFX/RFQ via ERP-based sourcing and eAuction tools.
• Lead upstream and downstream sourcing, drive savings, and monitor pipeline with category teams.
