Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru is seeking an Associate in S&P - Procurement Ops to execute procurement transactions, manage vendors, and support process improvements in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

You will coordinate PO creation, invoice resolution, contract maintenance, and translations, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and client policies. Strong English,ERP, and data skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or SCM.
• Master’s in Operations Management preferred.
• CPP certification from IIPMR or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day procurement tasks per SOPs.
• Handle vendor management, RFQ, PO creation and delivery confirmations.
• Resolve AP issues and supplier deficiencies.
• Support process improvements and tool implementations.
• Ensure SLA compliance and policy adherence.
