Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for key categories or business units.
• Conduct market analysis to identify suppliers and risks; develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and bid evaluations.
• Draft, review, and finalize supplier contracts; ensure policy compliance.

Supplier Selection & ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on capability, cost, quality, and service.Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and support supplier development initiatives.3. RFX Process ManagementLead and manage end-to-end Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.Analyze proposals, evaluate supplier capabilities, and support final selection with data-driven insights.Ensure sourcing documentation and bid evaluations comply with internal policies.4.
