Job summary

Stratacent is seeking a Manager Risk and Compliance to design, implement, and monitor the enterprise risk and compliance framework across global operations, partnering with HR, Finance, IT and Delivery to protect organizational integrity.

The role emphasizes regulatory adherence, audit readiness for ISO/SOC, control testing, incident management, and governance of policy lifecycles, with exposure to US/UK environments and IT services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or governance roles
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC frameworks
• Knowledge of India statutory compliance; exposure to US/UK environments preferred
• Experience in IT services or professional services environment preferred
• Strong documentation, analytical, and control testing skills
• Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teams
• Professional certifications preferred: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor; ISO 9001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor; CISA / CRISC or equivalent governance certifications

• Maintain statutory compliance calendar and ensure zero missed filings or penalties.
• Drive audit readiness and internal control alignment for ISO/SOC frameworks.
• Conduct control testing, track audit findings, and ensure timely remediation.
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk register, heatmap, and mitigation plans.
• Govern policy lifecycle management and documentation standards.
• Manage compliance incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Provide structured risk and compliance reporting to executive leadership and elevate material exposures proactively.
