Stratacent is seeking a Technical Manager - QA in Pune to lead QA and IT services delivery across geographically distributed teams. You will drive end-to-end software delivery lifecycles, governance, and continuous improvement while mentoring delivery and QA staff.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of QA, data support, and automation tools, ensuring high performance and strong client satisfaction in a fast-paced IT services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in IT services, including 5+ years in Delivery roles and 3+ years in people management.
• Strong QA and Data support background with experience in test management, automation tools, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, Data engineers, support teams, and delivery professionals.
• Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and growth planning.
• Resolve interpersonal and performance issues to maintain team harmony and effectiveness.
• Apply delivery insights to optimize team efficiency, resource planning, and execution.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Managerwith a strong foundation in IT Services Delivery and support. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a Delivery role, bringing deep operational insight, client-facing expertise, and a track record of managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles. • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
