Job summary

Golden Opportunities in India seeks a seasoned ICT Risk Management professional to lead end-to-end risk processes across IT and information security domains. You will assess risks, maintain the ICT Risk Register, and partner with Technology, Product, Security and Compliance teams to drive remediation.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI and automation to enhance controls, supports regulatory adherence, and requires 4–10 years of relevant experience in BPO/KPO or financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years education and a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent.
• ICT risk management experience in banking/financial services preferred.
• Exposure to DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, ISO 27001/27002, NIST frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise GRC tools such as OneTrust and ServiceNow GRC.
• Certifications like CISA, CISM, CRISC are a plus; shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ICT Risk Management processes including risk assessment, mitigation, treatment planning, and monitoring.
• Conduct proactive ICT risk assessments across IT infrastructure and information security environments.
• Maintain and manage the ICT Risk Register.

• Prepare risk reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Support compliance initiatives and regulatory adherence.
