G2G Consultancy & Services in Pune seeks a Retail Credit Manager to manage underwriting, due diligence, and credit analysis for retail loan products. The role focuses on maintaining a healthy loan portfolio and coordinating processing till disbursement.

The candidate will build relationships with DSAs and financial consultants, conduct site visits, ensure KYC compliance and thorough documentation for retail loan disbursements.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years minimum experience in Retail Credit / Banking.
• Analysing/underwriting of Home Loan, Property loan, and other retail products as per policy.
• Due Diligence, Credit Checks, and Credit assessment following credit policy.
• Coordinate with Business teams for processing till disbursement and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Analyse/underwrite retail loan products (home loan, LAP, etc.).
• Perform due diligence, credit checks and risk assessment per policy.
• Coordinate with business for loan processing through disbursement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, CPAs, financial consultants.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely disbursement of retail loans.

Retail Credit Manager

Role : Retail Credit Manager (1 Nos)

Location : Pune

Industry : Banking / NBFC

Relevant Required Experience : (2-3) years min.

The role description is mentioned below :

• Analysing/underwriting of Home Loan, Loan against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, and any other retail products offered by the bank.
• Due Diligence / Credit Checks / Credit analysis, Credit assessment of Loan, as per credit policy.
• Coordination with the Business department for processing of loan till final disbursement.
• Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.
• Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region.
• Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well ensure due diligence and KYC of borrowers.
• Ensuring proper documentation and Disbursement of retail Loans, following up and Clearing PDD.
• Thorough knowledge of various Retail Banking products.
• Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
