Ecowiser is seeking a proactive Manager Renewable Energy Projects to oversee solar project execution and maintenance with strong on-site experience and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3-4 years of on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation, and maintenance practices
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects with focus on timelines, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance
• Maintain project documentation and share timely updates with stakeholders
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges to maintain uninterrupted operations
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols
