Qualifications

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in quantitative disciplines is required.
  • 2–5 years of relevant analytical experience in workforce management or operation analytics.
  • Strong programming knowledge of SAS, SQL and Python (two of these must).
  • Hands-on exposure to MI & Reporting, Excel, analytics, statistical analysis, modelling and predictive analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services/banking operations is essential.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and ability to present effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate analytical ability with workload distribution, productivity, capacity planning and SLA impacts.
  • Serve as SME on analytical solutions for multiple businesses/regions; manage data governance.
  • Create new tools/methodologies and apply ML/AI techniques to solve problems.
  • Communicate with regional stakeholders on variances, workload, capacity and remediation actions.
  • Deliver monthly governance packs and insights on KPIs and reporting suite.
  • Align project scope with line manager and manage expectations to avoid conflicts.
  • Understand broader impact of strategies and provide recommendations to guide team.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Regional Collections Analytics.

In This Role, You Will


  • Demonstrate excellent analytical ability with conceptual understanding of how Workload Distribution, Productivity, Capacity Planning, Service Level Agreement work and operation cost in tandem for efficiency. Prepare workforce and capacity summary for management reviews.

  • Act as an Subject matter Expert/consultant on analytical solutioning for the business problem at hand for multiple businesses/regions. Data management and governance using state-of-the-art methods.

  • Create new tools and methodologies and develop recommendations to solve complex analytical problems using various techniques including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Communicate proactively to regional and country stakeholders on issues related to variances, workload or capacity and suggest through remediation action.

  • Deliver monthly Governance pack and insights on all Key Performance Index and reporting suite.

  • Take direction from line manager in right scoping of projects or adhocs and set right expectation on requirement to avoid conflicts.

  • Can link to the 'bigger picture' and be able to understand the impact of various strategies, policies and events and ability to provide recommendation and guiding team.

  • Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, Anti Money Laundering, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable.


To Be Successful You Will


  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Management Science) preferable

  • Background and experience in Workforce management, Capacity Planning and Operation analytics domain with 2 - 5 years of relevant analytical experience

  • Strong programming knowledge of Statistical Analysis System, Structured Query Language, Python, 2 out of these is must.

  • Hands-on exposure to MI & Reporting, Excel, Analytics, Statistical Analysis, Modelling, Predictive Analytics.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is a must.

  • Strong working knowledge on Statistical Analysis concepts and

  • Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills.
