Tempsens Instruments India Limited is seeking a senior Electronics Lead to design, develop, and validate electronics-based instrumentation and temperature sensing products. You will own the full lifecycle from concept through production and lead a team of electronics and firmware engineers.

Formación

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Embedded Systems.
• 8–10 years in electronics development; 3+ years in leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus).
• Proficiency in PCB design tools and hands-on lab equipment experience.

Responsabilidades

Role Summary

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech inElectronics, Electrical Engineering, or Embedded Systems.
• 8–10 years in electronicsdevelopment; 3+ years in technical leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge ofanalog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers (STM32, ARM, PIC, AVR), andprotocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus).
• Proficiency in PCB designtools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle) and hands‑on lab equipment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrialinstrumentation, automation, or IoT product development.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI,RTOS, and product certification processes.
