Candidate should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and strong coordination with multiple departments.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production professional tomanage shop-floor operations, achieve production targets, improve productivity,and optimize manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Plan and execute daily/monthly productiontargets.
• 2. Ensure smooth production operations andeffective line balancing.
• 3. Monitor and improve production efficiency andproductivity.
• 4. Manage and allocate manpower as per productionrequirements.
• 5. Drive process optimization and continuousimprovement.
• 6. Control rework, rejection and production losses.
• 7. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizeninitiatives.
• 8. Optimize utilization of manpower, machines andother resources.
• 9. Monitor and control overtime and productioncosts.
• 10. Coordinatewith Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.
• 11. Ensureadherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.
