About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Quick Commerce who can own and scale performance marketing for brands across Quick Commerce platforms.

This role is for someone who enjoys leading a team, digging into numbers, spotting opportunities, managing campaigns and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• * 4–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce or Marketplace Performance Marketing.
• * Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimisation and marketplace advertising.
• * Prior experience in team management and the ability to drive a team towards performance goals.
• * Excellent with numbers, data analysis and performance metrics
• * Comfortable handling chaos, ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
• * Strong understanding of D2C ecosystem, domain knowledge and scale optimizations
• * Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• * A hands-on mindset you should be comfortable getting into the details rather than only managing from the top.
