Job summary

CorroHealth seeks a senior RCM Quality Leader to drive governance across revenue cycle management processes in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will own KPIs, mentor AMs and quality teams, and push continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

You will also lead client calls, present insights, oversee audits and CAPA closures, and champion automation and transformation initiatives to enhance performance and outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in RCM with strong quality leadership.
• Experience in client handling, audits, and team management.
• Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred.
