Job summary

CorroHealth in India seeks a Senior Quality Leader in RCM with 10–15+ years of experience to drive governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement across revenue cycle management processes.

You will lead and mentor AMs and Quality teams, spearhead audit readiness, and deliver data-driven reporting with actionable insights, while partnering with training to close skill gaps and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in RCM with strong Quality leadership experience.
• Experience in client handling, audits, and team management.
• Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
