Job summary

Medhavi Skills University (MSU) seeks a seasoned professional to design and develop Qualification Files, Model Curriculum and assessment structures aligned to NCVET, NSQF and NCrF requirements. This role ensures market demand translates into approved qualifications, enabling partnerships and learner certification.

The incumbent will drive on-the-job training integration and maintain audit-ready documentation, guiding the team and interns through regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, Skill Development or a related field.
• 4-5 years in curriculum, content or qualification development.
• Direct NCVET / NSQF qualification development experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with NCVET LTT-Diploma approvals and rollouts required.
• Deep working knowledge of NCVET, NSQF and NCrF frameworks and National Occupational Standards.
• Excellent academic writing; item writing and assessment blueprinting.
• Industry engagement and expert facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Qualification Files, Model Curriculum and assessment documents per NCVET guidelines.
• Align qualifications to NSQF/NCrF levels and industry requirements.
• Maintain version control and audit-ready records across SIDH and other portals.
• Mentor the Academic Executive and interns on framework compliance.
• Research emerging job roles and new-age sectors for the qualification roadmap.

Role OverviewThe incumbent will design and develop Qualification Files, Model Curriculum, assessment structures, learning outcomes and academic documentation aligned to NCVET, NSQF and NCrF requirements. This role converts market demand into approved, sellable qualifications. Its output directly gates the Awarding Body's ability to sign partners and certify learners, which makes first-pass approval rate, not volume alone, the metric that matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualification Development
• Develop Qualification Files, Model Curriculum and assessment documents per NCVET guidelines.
• Align qualifications to NSQF/NCrF levels, National Occupational Standards and industry requirements.
• Maintain conversance with NCVET LTT - Diploma approvals and rollouts.
• Assessment Design
• Create question banks, item sets, learning outcomes and assessment blueprints.
• Define assessment strategy and pass criteria for each qualification.
• Industry & Regulatory Engagement
• Engage industry experts for course review and validation.
• Coordinate submissions and clarifications with NCVET, Clients and the SQAC-MSU.
• Research emerging job roles and new-age sectors for the qualification roadmap.
• Documentation & Systems
• Maintain version control, academic documentation and audit-ready records.
• Ensure accurate and timely uploads to SIDH and other portals.
• Mentor the Academic Executive and interns on framework compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Required
