Job summary
Shivalik Engineering Industries in Chennai seeks a Manager Quality (Press / Weld) for Tier 1 automotive manufacturing. You will lead foundry QMS, ensure ISO/IATF compliance and drive process audits.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, documentation, and handling customer complaints while promoting continuous improvement.
Candidates should be prepared to work in the Sriperumbudur/Oragadam corridor; health, learning and development benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Experience with foundry quality systems and IATF/ISO standards.
- Proven CAPA and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience documenting quality processes and addressing customer complaints.
