You will shape the QMS, lead CAPA, and manage supplier and customer quality programs, while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet strategic quality goals in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing.
• Experience with valves, coils, or related components preferred.
• Proficient in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Quality Manager

Job Summary

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes across production, engineering, and supply chain. This role ensures strict compliance with industry standards, drives operational excellence, strengthens customer satisfaction, and builds a culture of quality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Define and deploy the quality vision, strategy, and long-term objectives aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Oversee, maintain, and continually improve the QMS framework.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, CE, UL, etc.).

Product & Process Quality

• Drive improvements in key quality metrics such as FPY, PPM, COPQ.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues.

Supplier & Customer Quality

• Strengthen supplier quality through development programs and incoming quality protocols.
• Address customer feedback, manage escalations, and participate in customer audits.
• Serve as the primary interface for customer quality concerns and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Required Qualifications
