Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an experienced QA Manager located in Hyderabad to lead end-to-end quality assurance for multiple projects. You will shape QA strategy, define test plans, and drive automation within CI/CD, while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will also act as a Scrum Master to enable agile execution, mentor QA staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals. Prior client-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and end-to-end testing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including conducting demos and stakeholder communication.
• Deep understanding of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in driving cross‑functional collaboration and project delivery.

Job Overview
