Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a Manager - Projects (Coordination) with a civil engineering background to lead real estate project management and coordination across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Preference given to candidates with an MBA/PGDM in project management or construction management.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in managing multi-project portfolios, strong scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project), and proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
• Master's Degree / MBA in Project Management, Construction Management, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in real estate project management, project coordination, or construction management.
• Experience in managing residential townships, high-rise developments, commercial projects, industrial parks, or mixed-use developments.
• Exposure to multi-project coordination and stakeholder management preferred.

• Reduction in project delays and issue resolution turnaround time.
• Timely submission and accuracy of MIS and management reports.

• Knowledge of RERA and local statutory approval processes.
