Prestige Group in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee execution within approved timelines and budgets. The role requires preparing schedules, ensuring quality, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors on site.

You will monitor budgets, handle procurement, ensure QA/QC and EHS compliance, and manage billing verifications. Strong leadership will drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and proper documentation across projects.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the execution of construction activities within the approved project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed construction schedules and ensure all works are executed as per the approved drawings, dimensions, and specified levels.
• Ensure the quality of construction by adhering to approved drawings, specifications, and established quality standards.
• Prepare Quality Inspection Reports (QIRs) and obtain approvals from the Client’s Representatives and reporting manager.
• Delegate responsibilities to subordinates effectively and oversee the finalization, verification, and certification of contractor and vendor bills.
• Ensure timely indenting, procurement, and availability of all required construction materials to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and various agencies working at the site to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and expenditures to ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements through regular audits and monitoring.
• Verify and certify project billing and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions related to the project.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessment initiatives across projects, ensuring compliance with safety, health, statutory, and PPE requirements.
• Conduct incident investigations and coordinate emergency response activities when required.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper design coordination among all stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion and maintenance of all project documentation, including SAP transactions, BTCM reports, and other statutory or internal records.
• Prepare and review material reconciliations and billing reconciliations to ensure cost control and accountability.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
