Job summary

Rotex, a Mumbai-based valves and controllers manufacturer, seeks a Manager Project OEM with 12–14 years of experience to lead OEM initiatives in the Mumbai region.

You will coordinate with the Approval team, identify key influencers, add new customers, and grow wallet share while ensuring pre- and post-order satisfaction. Willingness to travel within Maharashtra is required.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of related field experience.
• Experience in OEM sector with valves or high-end controllers.
• Graduate engineer qualifications in Mechanical or Instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Project OEM and VAC in Mumbai region.
• Identifies and approaches key influencers or decision makers within assigned customers.
• Collaborates with Rotex Approval team and tracks opportunities in AVL status.
• Add new customers not currently buying from us.
• Increase share of wallet from existing customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction pre- and post-orders.
• Willing to travel across Maharashtra for visits to Sales HQ and Factory HQ.
• Stay updated on marketplace developments and competitor activities.

Manager Project OEM

Rotex is an organization operating in the industrial sector, specifically dealing with valves and controllers. The company collaborates with associate companies such as Neles, Koso, Bray, Delval, Flowserve, Rotork, ABB, and Fuji Electric. The role involves working with the Approval team to track opportunities within the Approved Vendor List (AVL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Project OEM, and VAC in Mumbai region.
• Identifies and approaches key influencers or decision makers within the assigned Customers.
• Collaboration with Approval team of Rotex and ensure we track each and every opportunity where we are in AVL and not in AVL.
• Add new customers who are currently not buying from us.
• Increase share of wallet from existing customers.
• Ensure existing customers are completely satisfied in terms of pre and post orders.
• Willing to travel – Maharashtra if required, Sales HQ and Factory HQ.
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
