Job summary

Lupin in Pune seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate timelines and resources across R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality and finance functions to keep programs on track.

You will lead project review meetings, circulate MOMs, identify risks and critical paths, and prepare trackers and management reports using MS Project, Planisware and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in core project management.
• MBA or Pharmaceutical Technology degree.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Planisware, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and other teams to plan timelines and resources.
• Track progress and delays; conduct project review meetings and circulate MOMs.
• Identify risks and critical path activities; escalate for mitigation.
• Prepare project trackers and reports for senior management.
• Attend cross-functional alignment to re-evaluate program plans as needed.

Job description

Project Planning (for timeline and resources) and tracking for progress/delays by coordinating between internal cross-functional teams – R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, GSCO, IPMG, Finance, etc.

Conducting/ participating in Project review meetings, circulating MOM and following up on the action plans, ensuring their prompt closure.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to re-evaluate program plan based on change in strategy, delays and in line with business priorities

.Identification of potential risks and critical path activities that can affect the program, and flag them to appropriate stakeholders for mitigation

.Support preparation of project trackers and reports for senior management discussions.

Proficiency with Project tracking tools like MS Project, Power BI and Planisware.

Work Experience

5 years+ experience in core Project management

Education

Masters in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical Technology
