Job summary

Lupin is seeking a skilled Project Manager to coordinate timelines and resources across R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Quality divisions in India. You will track progress, manage delays, and drive action plans in alignment with business priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in core project management and a Masters in MBA or Pharmaceutical Technology. Proficiency with MS Project, Power BI and Planisware is essential to support senior leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in core Project management.
• Masters in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical Technology.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple functions.
• Track progress, delays and action plans; circulate minutes of meetings.

Job description

Project Planning (for timeline and resources) and tracking for progress/delays by coordinating between internal cross-functional teams – R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, GSCO, IPMG, Finance, etc.

Conducting/ participating in Project review meetings, circulating MOM and following up on the action plans, ensuring their prompt closure.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to re-evaluate program plan based on change in strategy, delays and in line with business priorities

.Identification of potential risks and critical path activities that can affect the program, and flag them to appropriate stakeholders for mitigation

.Support preparation of project trackers and reports for senior management discussions.

Proficiency with Project tracking tools like MS Project, Power BI and Planisware.

Work Experience

5 years+ experience in core Project management

Education

Masters in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical Technology
