Job summary

Lupin is seeking an experienced Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineering professional to govern CAPEX portfolio across manufacturing and R&D facilities, driving technical excellence, standards, risk management, and project governance.

This role partners with site engineering teams, stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure safe, compliant delivery across Sterile & Biologics, OSD, API, and R&D sites, aligning with regulatory and business needs.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of relevant experience in civil, structural and architectural engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong exposure to industrial buildings, cleanrooms/GMP environments, and site contractors.

Responsibilities

• CAPEX project governance for Lupin's portfolio across facilities.
• Establish engineering standards and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with site teams, stakeholders, consultants and contractors.

Lupin is seeking an experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering professional to support and govern the company's CAPEX portfolio across manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role will drive technical excellence, engineering standards, risk management, and project governance for facility expansions, upgrades, new buildings, and infrastructure projects across Sterile & Biologics, OSD, API, and R&D sites.The position partners closely with site engineering teams, project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery while maintaining alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
