Job summary

Volante Technologies, based in Pune/Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own key software delivery initiatives and drive on-time, quality releases.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects and agile teams, prioritize work to align with business objectives, and adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high team motivation and low attrition. The role requires hands-on understanding of the tech stack and payments domain.

Qualifications

• 8–12 yrs of experience in software development and project management.
• Hands-on software development experience (Dev/QA/BA)
• Strong understanding of databases, message brokers, REST, and UI
• Experience with performance engineering
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with Safe Agile and PM processes
• Experience with payments domain

Role Summary

Take full ownership of key initiatives. Collaborate with product owners, architects and scrum teams and ensure deliveries are made on time and with quality. Prioritize and align product development with business objectives. Be flexible to quickly realign with changing realities of business objectives, market conditions, technology evolution and team changes and ensure team synchs up asap. Ensure motivation levels of team are high and attrition levels are low.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• 8-12 yrs of experience into software development and project management including hands on technical experience in some aspect of software development (Dev / QA / non-functional QA, BA)
• Good Understanding of tech stack including database, message broker, REST, UI
• Good understanding of Performance Engineering
• Good understanding of CICD process
• Good understanding of Safe Agile and other Project management processes
• Experience with payments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud deployed application
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with MQ, MongoDB, Kafka
