Job summary

Advik Hi Tech in India is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery targets across automotive initiatives. You will drive APQP, PPAP and related processes, manage RFQs, requirements and risks, and mentor the project team, overseeing launches to achieve flawless delivery, customer satisfaction and cost control.

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in both project management and product/process design in

• 8+ years in Project/Program management in the automotive industry.
• Experience in product/process design with proven results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ensuring Quality, Cost & Delivery targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage customer requirements, RFQs, SORs and quotations.
• Ensure launches through APQP, QG15, PTR, PPAP, R@R & SOP.
• Identify and mitigate risks, scope changes and issues.
• Drive project reviews, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, develop and motivate the project team.
• Ensure flawless launches, customer satisfaction and cost control.

• Ensure successful project launches through APQP, QG15, PTR, PPAP, R@R and SOP.

• Drive regular project reviews, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, develop and motivate the project team.
• Ensure flawless launches, customer satisfaction, cost control and minimal customer escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree required or equivalent.

Must possess a combined 8+ years of Project/Program management/Product /process design experience along with a verifiable record of results in both disciplines within the automotive industry.
