Job summary

Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) seeks a seasoned Section Head to drive manufacturing excellence in laminated glass. You will align KPI targets with department goals, supervise process performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee productivity, quality verification, and yield optimization across all steps, while managing safety, cost control, and asset efficiency to meet budgeted targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge manufacturing of laminated glass and solving problems in different processes.
• Experience: 12–14 years.
