Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years PMO or Delivery Operations, or Consulting experience.

• Experience implementing standardized governance frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Job Title: Manager – PMO as a Service (PMOaaS)

Job Summary

The Manager in this role will lead the firm’s centralized PMO capability that provides standardized project management support across multiple engagements. This role will design scalable PMO services, establish governance frameworks and PMO strategy, standardize reporting, develop enterprise metrics, identify automation opportunities, and continuously improve delivery operations across the portfolio. The Manager will work closely with Delivery Leaders, Project Managers, Account Leadership, Finance, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of PMO processes while enabling projects to focus on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the firm’s centralized PMO as a Service (PMOaaS) model.
• Develop and execute the PMO strategy and roadmap to enhance service offerings, improve organizational PMO maturity, and drive operational excellence across the projects.
• Define and standardize PMO processes, governance frameworks, templates, KPIs, and reporting across multiple projects and accounts.
• Develop enterprise-level dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with portfolio insights, delivery performance, financial metrics, and operational trends.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and ServiceNow to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Delivery Leaders, Project Managers, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure consistent PMO practices and governance across engagements.
• Lead a team of PMO Analysts, providing work allocation, mentoring, quality reviews, and capability development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance PMO maturity by introducing best practices, reusable assets, and innovative service offerings.
• Monitor PMO service performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and adoption while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of PMO governance, portfolio management, project reporting, and delivery operations. Proficient in Power BI, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools, with excellent analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, and process improvement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of PMO, Delivery Operations, or Consulting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong reporting and analytics background.
• Experience implementing standardized governance frameworks.
