Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Gurgaon seeks an experienced PMO professional to drive complex molecule and formulation projects from Pre PIF through filing and approval for US and OAM, coordinating API, Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory, Quality, and BD teams.

You will manage timelines, budget, and scope while maintaining schedules and communicating with management. A 10–15 year background in pharma PMO with MBA/M.Pharm and PMP is preferred; MS Projects experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tenure of 10–15 years in PMO or pharma project management.
• M.Pharm or MBA with PMP certification.
• Experience coordinating API, Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory, Quality, and BD CFTs.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from Pre PIF to filing and approval for US and OAM with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains project plans and updates in project management tools.
• Manages timelines, cost and scope; prepares status for management reviews.
• Escalates issues timely and mitigates risks with CFT members.
• Conducts stage gate meetings and ensures compliance with processes.

Job Description

• Manages Project from Pre PIF till filing and approval for US and OAM , in coordination with CFT comprising of API, Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory, Quality, API, plant, BD
• Knowledge of PM tools (MS projects, CCPM)
• Maintains project plans and regularly updates in software
• Manages project timelines, cost and scope
• Prepares and updates project status for management review meetings
• Understand development lifecycle and issues to escalates in‑time for resolution
• Understands working processes, importance of following the right process
• Conducts stage gate meetings as per prevalent norms
• Effective coordination and right communication between various CFT members to make them aware of Company’s priority, towards achieving Shared Goals
• Timely query responses from CFT members for on‑time filing and approval
• Identifies project risks, works with CFT towards mitigation
• Timely escalation of issues to facilitate amenable resolution
