Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Panoli seeks a Senior Manager, API Production to lead daily production planning, coordinate with QC/QA/Store/Engineering, and ensure GMP compliance.

You will drive technology transfer for new products, monitor processes, prepare reports, manage RM planning, and oversee equipment maintenance. Candidates should have BE Chemical and 19–25 years of experience.

Qualifications

• BE Chemical degree required.
• Extensive experience in chemical/pharma production.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling on a day-to-day basis.
• Liaison with QC/QA/STORE/Engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and monitor GMP standards.
• Introduce and scale up technology transfer for new products.
• Continuously monitor and improve process efficiency and services.
• Prepare monthly reports and perform root cause analyses.
• Ensure availability of consumables and RM planning as per campaigns.
• Perform process/cleaning validation and maintain related documents.
• Oversee waste handling and solvent management.
• Review and revision of BMR and SOPs.
• Operate systems like ONE HR portal, Metis Track Wise, Minitab, Outlook.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of plant equipment and training of subordinates.

Job Description

• Production Planning and scheduling (day to day basis)
• Liaison with QC/QA/STORE/Eng. Dept. for solving of trouble shooting problem.
• Implementation and monitoring of GMP Standard.
• Introduction and scale up of technology transfer. (New Product)
• Constantly monitoring and improvement of product process, efficiency, services etc.
• Reporting to higher authority.
• Documentation work, Monthly Report, data preparation (Process trend analysis) and root cause analysis.
• Ensure the availability of consumable items & Planning of RM require as per campaign basis.
• Process and cleaning validation. (where applicable)
• Ensure the documents related to process / cleaning / House Keeping.
• Control on fresh as well as recovered solvents / spent solvent.
• Ensure the solid and process waste transfer to respective area and record maintaining.
• Other activities entrusted from time to time.
• Review the prepared/ Revision of BMR and SOP.
• Operation of electronic system i.e.ONE HR portal, Metis Track wise, Minitab, Out Look etc.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipment’s in time frame.
• Ensure the training to subordinates.
• Sap HANA activity of manufacturing for plant
