The Manager – Performance and Reward Analytics role is part of a Group/Global Compensation specialist team responsible for key Performance and Reward activities across the HSBC network. The role holder will be responsible for delivering reporting, analytics and insights across the full range of Performance and Reward activities, and will play a significant role in overseeing the development and successful implementation of Performance and Reward projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and HR policies.
