Job summary

EY in Chennai seeks a People Systems, Data Management & Reporting Manager to own HR systems governance, reporting, and analytics. The role focuses on master data accuracy, security, and continuous improvement while coordinating across HR, Payroll, Technology, and business teams.

You will lead teams delivering HR data initiatives, drive UAT and release processes, and manage stakeholder expectations in a global HR operations context.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
• Strong governance over employee master data and security controls.
• Expertise in HR reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Experience leading UAT, releases, incidents and system enhancements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
