Job summary

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering in India seeks an experienced Process Engineering professional to drive machining process design, tooling development and cell layout for efficient production.

You will lead process capability efforts, tooling standardization and documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and meet quality targets.

Qualifications

• 18 to 20 years of experience in the current role.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the current role (mandatory).
• Employees should have performance rating of HVC and above in last 3 years.
• Good knowledge of CNC programming & Operations.
• Responsible for Tool Design & Knowledge.
• GD&T / APQP / FMEA / SPC / MSA /

Responsibilities

• Capacity planning and process design for machining.
• Equipment selection, procurement and proving; fixture and tool design.
• Design, development & proving of fixtures, cutting tools; cell layout design.
• Process capability establishment and cell cycle time proving.
• Scrap reduction to <0.5%; standardization of tools and fixtures.
• Documentation of process flow charts, FMEA, QCPC, operation standards, CP reports.
