Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Nagpur seeks a senior Process Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and operational processes.

You will develop and maintain SOPs, optimize workflows, and drive end-to-end process modernization across equipment and lines. The role requires 8-12 years of experience in process engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Manufacturing).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workbooks, and SOPs; optimize workflows and reduce lead times.
• Evaluate existing processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities; drive end-to-end optimization projects.
• Ensure process adherence, governance, and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee new product industrialization lifecycle from concept to production readiness.
• Drive capacity planning and productivity improvements across equipment, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Lead sustenance budget planning and execution.
• Manage industrialization of engineering changes, including CRE, with minimal disruption.
• Execute and monitor CapEx and Revenue budgets; deliver cost efficiencies.
• Champion process excellence initiatives to enhance PQCDS performance.

Lead sustenance budget planning and execution, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization aligned with operational goals.

Manage industrialization of engineering changes (including CRE – Change Request Engineering) in existing products, ensuring seamless implementation with minimal disruption.

Execute and monitor CapEx and Revenue budgets, ensuring alignment with business targets and delivering cost efficiencies.

Champion process excellence initiatives by deploying best-in-class technologies and methodologies to enhance and sustain PQCDS (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) performance.
