Responsibilities

• Lead development of primary and secondary packaging materials and solutions.
• Conceptualize packaging and develop prototypes; conduct feasibility, stability, and trials.
• Drive packaging commercialization, optimization and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, RA, Production, SCM, Marketing & Sales for projects.
• Manage vendor validation, qualification, and material development.
• Maintain technical drawings, specs, SOPs and packaging docs.
• Track projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.

• Manage vendor validation, qualification and packaging material development.
• Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, SOPs and packaging documentation.
• Track packaging projects and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Lead the packaging development team and manage external labs/institutes for R&D.
• Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks is required.
