Job summary

Altraize in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee production and allied operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. The role requires hands-on managerial oversight and collaboration across functions in a dynamic plant environment.

You will drive CAPEX procurement, manage critical spares, and ensure timely production and inventory reporting in an existing ERP system, coordinating with hardware, software vendors and internal teams to keep the ecosystem

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing leadership with oversight of production operations.
• Extrusion or similar operations experience preferred but not required.
• Capex procurement and critical spares exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and allied operations with managerial leadership.
• Lead CAPEX procurements and manage critical spares for the plant.
• Deliver production and inventory reports in an existing ERP environment and coordinate delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Managerial Responsibilities in overseeing Manufacturing and allied operations (experience in extrusion or similar operations is preferred but not conditional)

Cross Functional Responsibilities

• The candidate will take lead roles in CAPEX procurements and critical spares and is required to possess experience in this Domain.
• The candidate will lead the team in delivering production and Inventory reports to the management. He will be required to achieve this in an existing ERP environment and will take active role in coordinating the delivery.
• The candidate will require fair functional knowledge of ERP and basic understanding of an eco-system of hardware, network, software, mail deliveries etc. so as to oversee seamless functioning of the same. The candidate will involve and interact with the existing software and hardware third party vendors to ensure this robust and running eco system whenever required.
