Job description

At Digiboxx, we’re building India’s cloud storage and digital asset management platform, serving individuals, enterprises, government organizations, and strategic partners. As we scale, we are looking for a highly driven Operations & Solutions Manager who can bridge technology, customer requirements, security compliance, and project execution.

This is a leadership-track role that will work directly with the founder’s office on strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Customer Engagement

• Understand customer requirements and design cloud storage, backup, collaboration, and data management solutions.
• Work closely with enterprise clients, partners, and internal technical teams to create solution proposals and implementation plans.
• Participate in customer discussions, technical presentations, and solution workshops.

Operations Management

• Drive cross-functional coordination between Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Business teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of deployments, migrations, onboarding, and partner implementations.
• Create and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Security & Compliance

• Possess a strong understanding of information security standards and best practices.
• Work with teams to ensure adherence to frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CERT‑In guidelines, and industry‑specific compliance requirements.
• Coordinate security audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.

Project Management

• Own project timelines, milestones, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
• Manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
• Identify risks proactively and drive resolution across teams.
• Prepare status reports, executive dashboards, and project reviews.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations, Technical Project Management, Solutions Consulting, Cloud Operations, or Enterprise Technology.
• Understanding of cloud storage, SaaS platforms, backup solutions, data management, or cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, virtualization, or enterprise storage environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and large‑scale implementations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and operational execution plans.
