Job summary

CSO HR Services in India is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive technical solutioning, architecture consulting, and pre-sales engagements across enterprise customers and partners.

The role requires deep cybersecurity and infrastructure expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, high-performance solutions. Hybrid/Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable, secure architectures aligned with business goals.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, and POC engagements.
• Provide technical expertise across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, architecture diagrams, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
• Support strategic customer engagements through product demonstrations, technical validations, and deployment guidance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, security frameworks, infrastructure trends, and competitive solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners for solution modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Work with OEMs, channel partners, distributors, and SIs to build integrated enterprise solutions.

A fast-growing US-based Deep Tech organization is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Solutions Architect to drive technical solutioning, architecture consulting, and pre-sales engagements across enterprise customers and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical depth in cybersecurity and infrastructure technologies, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Experience working with OEMs, large System Integrators (SIs), distributors, or enterprise technology providers is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability solution architectures aligned with customer environments and business objectives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
• Provide technical expertise across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, architecture diagrams, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, technical consulting, or enterprise infrastructure design.
• Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity technologies, cloud platforms, enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, compute, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Kubernetes, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM, SOC, Endpoint Security, or related technologies preferred.
• Proven ability to understand complex customer environments and architect scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and technical writing skills are mandatory.
• Prior experience working with OEMs, large SIs, distributors, or enterprise technology providers preferred.
• Ability to manage customer-facing technical discussions with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a consultative approach.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
