Delta's Onboard Experience organization is transforming how customers experience food, beverage, amenities, and digital capabilities across the travel journey. The Manager, Onboard Experience Performance & Technology Integration, will own the analytics, performance measurement, and technology integration capabilities that support decision-making and enable the successful delivery of onboard experiences across the portfolio.

This role will partner closely with leaders and teams in Atlanta to drive the integration of business processes, data, and technology platforms; evolve analytics capabilities; and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic priorities and business decisions.

Success in this role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder influence. The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between technology strategy, data architecture, reporting and analytics, business process optimization, executive storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
