Job summary

Delta Tech Hub in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Data Science Leader to head Loyalty analytics. You will lead a team to build dashboards, ML models, and data-driven recommendations for Loyalty and other divisions, presenting insights to senior leadership with executive-level communication.

You will drive AI initiatives, collaborate with business owners to identify opportunities, and stay ahead of tooling to deliver measurable business impact through actionable analytics.

Job description

This candidate will lead a high-performing team that drives Loyalty performance through BI reporting and machine learning advanced analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists to develop dashboards, advanced analytics models, and leveraging data from different sources to provide recommendations and actionable insights for business stakeholders in Loyalty and other divisions at Delta. You will also present model results, key findings and insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership through excellent verbal communication and executive-level PowerPoint decks.

Primary Functions (yourself and lead a Team to):

• Gather, analyze, and leverage large sets of raw data to deliver actionable insights using SQL, SAS, Python, and other technologies.
• Develop AI/ML models to deliver personalized experiences to customers, improve acquisition and engagement efforts through precise targeting and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement customer data models and tools to make data and insights accessible to Loyalty and other divisions at Delta.
• Track and report key performance metrics across all areas of Customer Engagement & Loyalty.
• Collaborate with business owners to take a data-driven approach in identifying revenue or customer engagement opportunities and recommend actions for further improvement.
• Communicate engagement trends and opportunity areas to the team, business stakeholders, and leaders in a concise and easily consumable way through both written and verbal communication.
• Stay current with the advancements in AI and software engineering tools and identify ways of implementing them to enhance efficiency and deliver business impact.
