• Monitor daily hospital operations and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Address patient and attendant grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Handle emergency operational issues and escalations.
• Monitor patient admission, discharge, bed allocation, and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess cleanliness, infrastructure, and service quality.
• Manage incidents, prepare shift reports, and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
• Support emergency response coordination and ensure uninterrupted hospital services.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and hospital management.
