Job summary

Umanist NA in Gurugram is seeking a Manager – OD & L&D with 8–12 years in OD/L&D, preferably from internet businesses or SaaS. The role focuses on learning, capability development, talent management and Organisation Development to drive business impact.

You will design and execute interventions, identify gaps, work with business leaders, and strengthen EVP across the group. Immediate joiners only; strict notice and 5 days WFO expectations are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years overall experience in OD or L&D with 4+ years in OD/L&D.
• Experience in internet businesses, tech/product or SaaS companies.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline is preferred.
• Strong business orientation and ability to tie people initiatives to outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven HR analytics skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Candidates must have a strong product-based or SaaS background, including their current organisation. Service-based and consulting profiles will not be considered.

Job Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

Experience: 8–12 Years overall

Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Organisation Development (OD) & Learning and Development (L&D)

CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

About The Role

The role focuses on creating meaningful business impact through effective Learning, Capability Development, Talent Management and Organisation Development interventions.

We are looking for someone who can understand business needs, identify people and capability gaps, and design and execute focused interventions rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

The role will also contribute to strengthening the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across Snapdeal and other group entities by understanding employee needs and translating them into meaningful people initiatives.

Must-Have

• 8–12 years of overall experience, across OD or L&D, Talent Management interventions(NO "TA" profiles).
• Work Experience heavily in internet businesses, technology/product organisations or SaaS Based companies.
• A big "NO" for service-based organisations or consulting groups background profiles.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Organisation Development and Learning & Capability Development, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
• Experience in Talent Management interventions, Organisation Development and Learning & Capability Development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers and HR analytics.
• Ability to solve complex people and organisational challenges.
