Job summary

Umanist NA in Gurugram is seeking a Manager – OD & L&D to lead Organisation Development and Learning & Development initiatives in a fast‑growing internet product environment. The role requires deep SaaS experience and a business orientation to translate people initiatives into business outcomes.

You will partner with business leaders, design interventions, drive capability building, manage talent and succession, and measure impact using HR analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall experience in OD or L&D, including talent management
• 4+ years in Organisation Development (OD) & Learning & Development (L&D) in tech/ SaaS environments
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field is preferred
• Experience in internet businesses, technology/product organisations or SaaS is required
• No service-based or consulting background

Candidates must have a strong product-based or SaaS background, including their current organisation. Service-based and consulting profiles will not be considered.

Job Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

Experience: 8–12 Years overall

Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Organisation Development (OD) & Learning and Development (L&D)

CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

About The Role

The role focuses on creating meaningful business impact through effective Learning, Capability Development, Talent Management and Organisation Development interventions.

We are looking for someone who can understand business needs, identify people and capability gaps, and design and execute focused interventions rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

The role will also contribute to strengthening the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across Snapdeal and other group entities by understanding employee needs and translating them into meaningful people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have

• 8–12 years of overall experience, across OD or L&D, Talent Management interventions(NO "TA" profiles).
• Work Experience heavily in internet businesses, technology/product organisations or SaaS Based companies.
• A big "NO" for service-based organisations or consulting groups background profiles.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Organisation Development and Learning & Capability Development, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
• Experience in Talent Management interventions, Organisation Development and Learning & Capability Development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers and HR analytics.
• Ability to solve complex people and organisational challenges.
• Strong execution, ownership and problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience working with multiple business units or fast‑paced/high‑growth organisations preferred.
