PSP Projects Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead end-to-end MEP services for large real estate projects in Gujarat. You will oversee design coordination, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project closeout for HT/LT electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputed institution.
• 12-15 years of proven experience managing MEP services in large-scale real estate projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and IT parks.
• Strong technical knowledge across all MEP disciplines from conceptual design to commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with design coordination, procurement, and site execution of mechanical, electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
• Sound understanding of financial concepts related to project budgeting and cost control. Preferred Attributes
• Prior experience in MEP design and design review.
• Proven track record in value engineering and efficient resource utilization.
• In-depth knowledge of project management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end management of MEP services, including design, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project closeout for HT/LT electrical installations (HV/LV systems), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
• Develop, plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources for large building and township projects.
• Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
• Preparation of Subcontractors payments and recording / monitoring of all MEP works.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of all MEP-related works.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality systems while managing costs and project timelines efficiently.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Manage project budgets with a strong grasp of financial principles and project financing.
• Co-ordination with Suppliers, Client, Purchase, Outsourcing, QA/QC, vendors, consultant & Contractors.
• Foster a collaborative environment that ensures all MEP works comply with safety and regulatory standards.
