Adani is seeking a senior professional with extensive experience in thermal power plant construction, EPC execution, and TG erection to lead large-scale projects. The role requires hands-on commissioning, piping erection and strong coordination with vendors and contractors.

Ideal candidates will have 12–18 years in the field, including exposure to 300 MW+ plants, with a track record in project planning, documentation, and RA bill verification. On-site work in large power complexes is expected.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years in thermal power plant construction or related EPC execution.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on TG erection and commissioning experience.
• Experience in integral piping erection, hydro testing, flushing and alignment.
• Proven contractor billing coordination, RA bill verification and quantity certification.
• Experience with BHEL-supplied equipment, material reconciliation and inventory control.
• Exposure to large utility thermal projects of 300 MW and above.
• Experience in project planning, construction monitoring, vendor coordination and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory Experience

• 12-18 years of experience in Thermal Power Plant Construction, Mechanical Projects, EPC Execution, or Power Plant Commissioning.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Turbine Generator (TG) erection and commissioning activities.
• Experience in Integral Piping erection, hydro testing, flushing, alignment, and commissioning.
• Proven experience in contractor billing coordination, RA bill verification, quantity certification, and project account reconciliation.
• Experience managing BHEL-supplied equipment, material reconciliation, inventory control, and material tracking activities.
• Exposure to large utility thermal power projects of 300 MW and above.
• Experience in project planning, construction monitoring, vendor coordination, and project documentation.
