Job summary

Adani is seeking an experienced mechanical construction professional for Thermal Power Plant projects. The role focuses on erection activities for boilers and associated components, with emphasis on pressure parts, structural erection, and large-scale site execution.

Ideal candidates will have 7–12 years in mechanical construction within thermal power environments, plus hands-on boiler erection experience and strong project planning skills.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Mechanical Construction of Thermal Power Plant Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Boiler Construction activities.
• Proven experience in Boiler Pressure Parts Erection.
• Proven experience in Boiler Structural Erection.
• Experience in erection and installation of Water Wall Panels, Boiler Drum, Economizer, Superheater, Reheater, and Headers.
• Experience in contractor management and large-scale construction site execution.
• Exposure to hydro testing, welding supervision, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Experience in utility-scale Thermal Power Projects of 300 MW and above .
• Experience in project planning, progress monitoring, and construction documentation.

Mandatory

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred

• M.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification in Project Management or Construction Management.

Experience Requirements (Must Have)

Mandatory Experience
