The role focuses on developing procurement strategies, identifying and nurturing suppliers, and driving localization and cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and market

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in Purchase, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management, with preference for Electrical Equipment, Switchgear, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for switchgear components, fabricated parts, electrical items, sheet metal parts, bought-out components, and raw materials.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost reduction and value engineering targets.
• Drive localization initiatives and alternate source development.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities.
