Job summary

VTP Realty is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive project launches, branding and lead generation for its real estate portfolio in Pune. You will shape multi-channel campaigns, optimize CPL/ROI and collaborate with Sales, CRM and Channel Partners to hit targets.

The role requires 15+ years in marketing, strong digital and ATL/BTL expertise, and solid analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong experience in project launches, branding and lead generation.
• Excellent understanding of digital, ATL/BTL and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project marketing and launch strategies.
• Drive ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media, PR and branding initiatives.
• Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns and optimise CPL/ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, CRM and Channel Partners to achieve business targets.
• Manage creative, media, digital, PR and event agencies.
• Plan and control marketing budgets and campaign spends.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and customer insights.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
