Job summary

Brandix in Visakhapatnam is seeking a Manager - Manufacturing to oversee the sewing operations and lead the production team to meet targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity.

This role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines, while supervising group leaders and SMOs to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology.
• 8–10+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years heading production in a large plant.

Key purpose of the Job

The Manager - Manufacturing oversees the production function (sewing operations) in the Plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the production team to achieve the set production targets effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include meeting targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the
Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sewing operations
• Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives

Education

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology.

Experience

8 to 10+ years of experience and should possess a minimum experience of 3 years in heading production for a large Plant
