Brandix is seeking an Executive - Technical in Visakhapatnam to provide technical support, ensure orders meet requirements and timelines, and mitigate production risks. The role emphasizes delivering quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

The incumbent will oversee pre-production activities, address technical issues to meet production targets, and supervise the technical team for the designated section, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering or Clothing Technology.
• 0 to 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a technical function.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-production activities for allocated new styles and ensuring adherence to production start date.
• Resolve technical issues to achieve production targets and provide skill-based training for SMOs.
• Supervise technical team for the respective section.

Job description

Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Technical is responsible for providing technical support to ensure orders are delivered to the customers as per the customer requirement and as per time plan.

The role holder is also responsible for mitigating production related risks by providing technical solutions during the pre-production and production process ensuring RFT, OTD and Quality.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the pre-production activities for allocated new styles and ensure adherence to production start date
2. Responsible for achievement of production target by resolving technical issues for the allocated section and by providing skill-based training for the SMOs
3. Supervise technical team for the respective section

Education

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry/ Textile Engineering/ Clothing Technology

Experience

0 to 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in technical function
